Optional themed events.

- Six 10-minute conversations, one hour
- Themed cohorts (e.g., creatives, professionals)
- Verified-only rooms with trust tier minimums
- Mutual matches unlock the same conversation surface

You can pause your account any time at no cost. Two options: Taking a break (free, unlimited) or Seeing someone (free for the first 90 days).

We waive the reactivation fee for users whose relationship lasted more than six months. You really tried — welcome back.
Refunds
- Full refund within 14 days if you haven't completed a spark. After that, no refund — same as you can't return a meal you've eaten.
- Spark Night passes: full refund if we cancel the event, no refund for personal no-shows.
- Reactivation fees are non-refundable.
